About the event
The practice of Kama allows you to take time out of your busy lives and focus on your sensuality - on FEELING as opposed to THINKING! This class will allow you to get in touch with your feminine side, gain more appreciation for the body you have and gain more confidence in yourself as a WOMAN! Class will begin with a Kundalini Yoga warm-up followed by feminine movement that will leave you feeling sexy and confident, no matter what size, age or shape you are in!
